Wanda Li is one of the students in Ms. Frizzle's Class and the Padawan Learner of Scootaloo.

Personality[]
Wanda is a Chinese-American tomboy, and the most adventurous member in the class. Always willing to jump into adventure and going where "no kid has gone before," she serves as a foil to Arnold. She wants to solve all problems that face her, even an animal in need of rescue.
Physical Appearance[]
Wanda is an Chinese-American girl with pale skin, black eyes, and short black hair. She wears a pink shirt, a maroon vest with 2 yellow flowers (representing the "W" in her name), red-rinse black jeans, white socks, and black Mary Jane shoes.
For winter wear, she wears a yellow and green hat, a green jacket with a pink collar, red-rinse black jeans, and yellow boots.
For beachwear, she wears a maroon and pink 2-piece bikini with a yellow flower and a yellow spot on the back on the top.
For rain wear, she wears a yellow rain hat, a yellow raincoat, and pink gumboots.
For formal wear, she wears a white long sleeve shirt, a pink vest, a pink neck piece, blue trousers, and dark pink shoes.
For basketball wear, she wears a pink basketball shirt, maroon trousers, pink socks and pink sneakers.
Upon joining the Jedi Order, Wanda gains a unique pink colored utility belt with drop thigh leather carriers with installed clips for her Lightsabers, while having a silver oval-shaped buckle with her named engraved on it.

Skill and Abilities[]
Strength: Wanda has shown the be the strongest in the class, and due to being the strongest member of the class, Wanda can pull handles off of very large doors, such as in the bat castle.
Athletics: Wanda can jump the highest in the class.
Piloting Skills: Wanda has also been shown to have a huge interest of being a pilot, first being shown when she flew a model plane she and Tim built for a Model Plane Show. Wanda still has the same interest of being a pilot as she took many opportunities to fly space craft in the many battles she fought with Scootaloo. Wanda also flew the Tri-Crusader during the Battle of Berk and Equestria prior to the Rise of the Chicken Empire. Wanda would often fly a Jedi Starfighter or a Viper Mk II during the Jedi, Je'Daii, and Sith Wars. Then in the ????, Zipp Storm let Wanda use her own N1 Starfighter with CR-K1T in the battle, which Wanda used its speed and weapons system to a huge amount of skills managing to shoot down many TiE Interceptors, BTD Dogfighters, and other various enemy space craft.

Lightsaber Combat: Even as a Padawan currently, Wanda has proven to be a highly skilled Lightsaber combatant. Taking after Ahsoka Tano's technique, she often uses her Lightsabers in a reverse grip during combat while using acrobatics in her fighting style. As for her main combat forms, Wanda utilizes Form IV: Ataru and Form V: Djem-Sho/Shein in a Jar'kai style of fighting. And often times takes on her aggressiveness during many of her duels. Wanda is also extremely skilled at deflecting Blaster bolts, using her skills from Ballet in her fighting style. Wanda's skills with Lightsabers also allowed her to utilize a Beskar Spear with the same amount of skill, as shown in The Forgotten World, when she and Zipp Storm both used Beskar Spears to fight against Cloverleaf's Beskar Armored Commandos
